He can help me with so many things: walking up stairs, walk across a crowded parking lot, maneuver through a crowded airport/store/event. Why is a poodle a perfect service dog? When properly whelped (“superdog” whelp) the poodle excels at service, thinking ahead, and just plain attentive care. Every service dog needs ongoing training, and every service team deserves to continue to improve so they keep the needs in mind and manage them.
