My name is Erma j Townes and i am a felon. Reason i was over payed on my food stamps and Tanf check tut i belhis was a few years bck. Anyway i went to court and got probation, well not on purpose i violated my probation by not reporting and when i went bck to court the judge give me 3mnths in county lockup. And now im a convicted felon. But i believe i deserve a second chance if somone just give me that chance. HELP ME PLEASE!

I would like the opportunity to get hook-up with your organization. I was recently released from prison and it seem that I am having a difficult time finding work. I have a great work history prior to my conviction. I am a dependable, diligent and determined individual as well as a hard worker. We have found that many large name retail chains won’t hire felons but some of the smaller retail stores will. The real issue comes with the degree of customer service. When a person with a felony is offered a retail job, they often are best served by working in a stocking or inventory capacity.
