Hi Berdj, thanks for your comment. My thought is not that networking cards should replace resumes, but that they can work in tandem. So, of course, if you are applying for a job, you would give the hiring manager or recruiter your full resume. However, if you are in a setting where that may be cumbersome (say, a networking event or even some career fairs) or if you meet someone out and about in your daily life, networking cards can be a great way to make connections with people who can help you find a job.
