I heard about Goodwill services and decided to check it out. To my surprise, to see my own cousin with a true success story made my heart so proud. You worked hard and believed in yourself, when most everyone else let you down. All you needed was an opportunity, now you have become a better father and provider for the girls. Keep up the good work.

Nobody in this corrupt state really care about people with a criminal history! I’ve been out of work for over 2 years now and I’ve been and done everything positble to gain employment, including Goodwill. And I’m still unemployed. You people really need to stop lying and tell people the truth and that is that with a criminal history it’s best that you leave the state. You will only become a pay check for those whom run the state. IT’S ALL A LIE!!!!!!

He is really insecure about himself because he has a criminal record and limited education, which makes him feel as if he cannot do anything or have a better life. He has two little boys who adore him and I try to tell him that he has to do better for himself and them if he wants to see them grow up to be strong young me without feeling as if they cannot do any better for themselves. I will help him look into Goodwill as a way to get a better job and life. Thank you so much for your story.
