Especially, the part about being seen as a threat or someone that is “intimidating”. As a former U.S Army Sergeant, a person with a Master degree and as a black male, I am also viewed as someone that is intimidating, until they get to know me and my personality. Non-verbal expressions speaks volumes!

Vincent also touches on another good point of never losing his faith in GOD but began questioning people and their intentions, you don’t see as much back-stabbing in the military because there is a common bond, common goals and more importantly structure. One thing about the military that I learned to love is the camaraderie of your fellow soldiers, regardless of their background or status.

Keep it up Vincent!
