Twitter especially, it’s become a really great way for companies to get the word out without having to pay for job postings. Something I really love to see are the job seekers that tap into the startup communities in their areas. Go to networking events for entrepreneurs, understand what companies are hiring, meet VCs (they always know who is hiring), and then target your job search from there. Thanks for sharing!
