If I were to suggest anything, it would be to reduce the seasonal merchandise to 75% off after a holiday. As a frequent Goodwill shopper, it makes me cringe to see the employees repack copious amounts of Christmas stuff that could be sold.

I would like to make a suggestion. Goodwill gift cards! I would love to find $20 worth of thrift store shopping in my stocking that doesn’t have to be budgeted, and I know a few of the people on my gift list would love it as well.
